OvoLact 34 is a light yellow to cream fine powder, made of milk proteins, which can be used to replace 50-100% of egg solids in recipes.
In bakery applications including cakes, sponges, muffins and quiches. This milk protein formulation can provide improvement to flavour, structure and shelf-life of bakery goods; it helps in reduced fat & cholesterol recipe formulation, as well as providing a significant cost advantage.
Storage and Shelf Life
9 months in unopened bags when stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight and strong odours.
