Fine rice flour

Product Description

This is a near white flour with a few darker spots.  It is suitable for the production of baby food and food for infants.  Full testing data to substantiate this is available upon request.  Our flours are milled in Germany, from European grown cereals.

Applications

Rice flour can be used to make rice noodles and pancakes.  It can be used to thicken soups and stews, as well as providing an alternative to wheat flour in cakes and biscuits.  Gluten free versions of Christmas cakes typically include rice flour.

Storage and Shelf Life

In cool, dry conditions, rice flour has a shelf life of 12 months.
