Light and crispy rice crispies, with sugar and salt. Made by cooking the rice and subsequent rolling and toasting. This process gives the light, crisp and airy texture of the crispies.
These rice crispies can be used in various applications, including visuals in coating topcoats for meat/poultry, or for inclusion into fish coating intermediates, to give both texture and a keying adhesion point for tempura batter topcoats.
Storage and Shelf Life
Dry, dark and away from strong odours, and at an ambient temperature. Shelf life is 12 months.

Gluten free rice crispies are available in 25kg sacks, and IBCs.
