A light yellow flour with a few spots, and a fresh typical smell.
Our flours are milled in Germany, from European grown cereals.
Millet flour can be used in gluten free baking, or as a part replacement of flours for a variation of texture, colour and flavour. Its light golden yellow colour gives creamy-coloured baked goods, and it delivers a delicate, cake-like crumb. It adds whole grain nutrition, and has a mild flavour.
Storage and Shelf Life
If stored in cool, dry conditions, millet flour has a shelf life of three months.
