This is a homogenous light grey flour.  Our flours are milled in Germany, from European grown cereals.

Applications

This product is suitable for the production of food for babies and infants.
Rye flour’s fruity flavour lends itself well to fruited cakes and scones.

Storage and Shelf Life

The shelf life of this rye flour is 12 months if kept in cool, dry conditions.
