White barley flour

Product Description

White barley flour is a homogeneous beige flour with fine dark pieces of bran, with a fresh, typical smell.  It is suitable for the production of baby food.  Our flours are milled in Germany, from European grown cereals.

Applications

Baby and infant food is the main use of this particular flour, though barley flour may also be used as a thickener for soups, stews and gravies. It can be used to add fibre to baked goods.

Storage and Shelf Life

In cool, dry conditions, barley flour has a shelf life of 9 months.
