Product Description

This wholemeal oat flour is light brown, with pieces of bran.  Our flours are milled in Germany, from European grown cereals.

Applications

Oat flour can be used in cookies, muffins, brownies, desserts bars and cakes.

Storage and Shelf Life

In cool, dry conditions, the shelf life of this oat flour is 9 months.
