Caramelised Milk Powders

Combining skimmed milk powder and icing sugar before roasting allows the production of a range of caramelised milk powders, distinguished by their roasting time and temperature. Several grades from lightly to darkly caramelised powders are produced as standard, including an organic version. Due to their subtle milky and caramel aroma and flavour, caramelised milk powders are particularly suitable for chocolates and fillings, pastries, and in the dairy and ice cream industry.
